How to book?
Please call us and speak with our team or fill out our contact us page below or simply email us. We will need your name and a list of the works you would like carried out, the property postcode, your contact details then we will come back to you with our quote and availability to attend
Do we charge for quotes?
No, we don’t
Will any pictures of the work that need to be carried out be helpful?
Pictures are very helpful so please do send us a pictures of the jobs you would like carried out. This will really helps us work out with what we need and estimate the job.
Minimum call out?
Based on our services price list.
What if I don't use the full time I have booked?
We will only charge you for the time you have booked. We do have a minimum call out of one hour but if happens to finish early please think of any bits or bobs that need tightening or attention.
What if the job need extra time or have additional jobs?
If the works take longer due to unforeseen circumstances or you have more works you would like to add we will try our upmost to extend the time of the visit. If this is not possible we will advise on availability and book you in as early as possible.
Who will supply the materials?
If you have the materials that is great, if not just let us know so any of our team members can get prepared before arriving . We will try our best to come prepared but sometimes this is not possible so will need to either return or pop out! Please note – if you like us to pay for any materials 20% will be added to the total of the materials expenses based on the receipts when ask you to reimburse this.
How to pay?
Once the jobs are completed we will provide you with our invoice . You can either make a cash payment or by transfer on your online banking. Please quote the invoice number in the reference box so we can trace your payment. We will expect to receive the payment in the end of our visit “Job sorted = Payment sorted”
